These workouts are exactly what I do with my clients. I train everyone from professional athletes, bikini competitors, fitness influencers to the regular person wanting to get stronger.

This isn’t a “program,” but a chance for me to share what’s worked with my clients. The only way to guarantee results is with consistency, in-person training and nutrition.

You should be able to complete the sets listed without being able to do another one. For example, if the move says 4 sets of 25, you shouldn’t be able to do a 5th set of 25.
